We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated leader for a full time Practice Supervisor position.
The Practice Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day administration of non-physician staff and front desk operations for two clinics with the potential for adding another in the future.
This is a working Supervisor and will cover the front desks as needed. Must have solid experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and scheduling.
The ideal Candidate will have at least 3 years of realted Clinic and Supervisory experience and be familiar with the business operations of a very busy and faced paced clinic.
This is a great promotional opportunity for a seasoned Patient Financial Services Representative or Admitting Representative if you have experience in leadership or management.

This position works to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the assigned department, including day-to-day administration of non-physician staff and operations. Uses specialized knowledge, judgment and skills necessary to provide excellent patient care.
Requires a level of literacy, communication and math skills as normally demonstrated at the level of an Associates Degree.
Certain assignments may require current certification as a Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant or current LPN license.
Requires a level of knowledge and ability normally demonstrated by at least three years experience in a physician's office or medical environment. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
