Banner Home Health is the largest home health provider in the state of Arizona. We operate 2 locations in the Phoenix metro area - the centralized, parent location is in Gilbert with a branch location in Sun City West. We provide care for approx. 1800 patients, across the Maricopa and (parts of) Pinal Counties.
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and independent Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 patient care for our Home Care patients in north Phoenix and some part so west valley. Potential new hires receive a comprehensive Home Health orientation a combination of learning our electronic patient charting system and conducting ride along with seasoned Banner Home Health Rehab staff.

This position is responsible for the administration of occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist, in accordance with physician referral, state and local organizational standards, regulatory agencies, and established departmental policies and procedures. This position demonstrates the clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Must have graduated from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the AOTA, or equivalent.
Must possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license from the State of practice. BLS certification required.
