This position will lead the Leadership Imaginarium with focus on: Rearticulation of the vision and purpose of the Leadership Accelerator; data strategy and implementation of the strategy to support Imaginairum work and analysis of impact of that work; and the stewarding of innovations from conception to implementation. In addition, they will lead the coordination of work between Imaginariums, Journey Teams, and the rest of the organization to support collaborative execution of Imagine innovations, scorecard development and implementation, execution of the measurement and analytics strategy, This position is an essential leadership role responsible for guiding the foundational and on-going support of Imaginarium to Journey Team solution implementation and continuous improvement programs system wide integration. This position is responsible for driving and advocating a consumer-oriented culture focused on Imagine initiatives, innovation, communication, cooperation, change management, and the overall patient experience. This position advocates for Sofia while building and supporting effective collegial relationships with applicable internal and external stakeholders invested in innovation.
Bachelor degree in business, health service administrations or a relevant field, or equivalent level of education or experience.
Depending upon assigned area of responsibility, position may require applicable certifications and/or licensures, including but not limited to: RN; MD or DO; Drivers License; Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA); Certified Protection Professional (CPP); Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU); Associate in Risk Management (ARM); CPA; SPHR; Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA); Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT); Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM); Certified Facility Manager (CFM); Certified Coding Specialist (CCS); Certified Professional Coder (CPC); JD from an American Bar Association accredited school; admission to a State Bar Association.
Requires a minimum of ten years progressive leadership experience in a large matrix organization with demonstrated ability to work with leadership teams in supporting complex problem solving, transformation, change management or related activities. Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence, collaborative and motivates others as well as serves as an internal catalyst for progressive, strategic, analytical, and successful change in a large delivery system; knowledge of current and future policies, practices, trends, and other information affecting the business and organization is required; strong logical, quantitative, qualitative, conceptual, creative, and futuristic thinking skills as well as an awareness of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace are necessary; a willingness and ability to develop strategies and plans as well as articulate and presents accordingly; requires an ability to see ahead clearly, and anticipate future needs and resource requirements accurately; a background in leading strong multidisciplinary teams to accept and embrace change and the ability to work effectively and cohesively with a positive team approach is required.Skilled in effectively handling multiple assignments, demands, and priorities with great attention to detail; coaching and developing direct reports and/or other employees by providing open and honest feedback that results in the implementation and continuous measurement of Journey Team initiatives; establishing, pursuing, and measure appropriate process and outcome measures for key initiatives utilizing a systems perspective; identifying areas for of opportunity, setting standards for outcomes, developing a scorecard to monitor outcomes, and overseeing the implementation of process improvements; influencing others and translating strategies into actions; partnering and problem solving with Imaginariums, Corporate Sponsors, other Journey Team leaders, and leadership; analyzing complex financial/statistical data; maintaining a high level of organization with strong attention to detail in order to respond quickly to varying situations. Excellent human relations, organizational and communication skills are essential.
