We are hiring for a CVOR RN with a minimum of 12 months CVOR experience
Sign on incentive will be paid within the first 2 pay periods of employment and requires a 2 year commitment
Payout will be as follows $5,000 when you start $5,000 at end of commitment
This is an excellent opportunity for a Cardiovascular OR RN to work in a fast and efficient operating room that provides excellent patient care. ACLS, PALS, and BLS required. Call requirements for this position include weeknights, weekends (days & evenings) and holidays. The hours of work for this position are 0645-1715 with a rotating day off per department needs. We currently have three Open heart operating rooms and a Hybrid room where TAVRs are performed. When the Open heart rooms are not busy the open heart team has the ability to float to the general side to be staffed in rooms.
This OR has 16 operating rooms specializing in inpatient and outpatient procedures that include but not limited to:
• Neurosurgery and spine procedures
• 1 Da Vinci Robotic machine to cover: General, GYN, Urology, and Thoracic procedures
• Open Heart
• Hybrid room

Hours of Operation:
The surgery department has access to surgery 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Daily hours of operation for elective and add-on cases are from 0720 – 2300 Monday through Friday with on-call coverage after hours for emergency cases.

Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations. Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting. Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area. Banner Registry and Travel physician practice positions require a minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse in a physician practice or an acute care setting.
Bachelors degree preferred.Professional certification preferred.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
