Banner University Health Plans Dept of Innovation and Collaborative Care. We are responsible for implementing Triple Aim programs to improve the quality, cost, and experience of care. We are in a major growth phase with State AHCCCS and MACRA regulations driving the rapid conversion from Fee for Service to Value-based payment. These relationships require contractual development and monitoring, onsite provider support and improvement planning, and collaboration across statewide organizations and Banner-wide departments.
We are in need of a Business Support Coordinator to support the coordination and management of some of the many provider partnerships we are contracting with to achieve more than 56% of total payments in a VB arrangement by 2019 and 70% by the following year. In addition, you will support all provider data and department internal and external meeting scheduling, notes, tracking provider reports, submissions, and regulatory deliverables and ensure all procedures are followed and documented and all reports maintained.
Looking for someone with creativity, inspired by growth and capable working on a small cohesive team helping people succeed. Must be driven to take initiative and highly organized; proficient with MS Office.

This position provides administrative services and assistance requiring occasional discretion and judgment. Coordinates a unique set of processes and/or services for an assigned area such as contracting, claims, sales, recruitment, services or billing.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent education and two or more years administrative work experience in a related area.
Works independently under general supervision. Represents the company as a primary point of contact to outside entities such as insurance claimants, patients, service providers, community agencies, vendors, etc. Must have the ability to follow oral and written directions as they relate to the functions listed above. Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with departmental personnel, assist customers with inquiries, schedule meetings and appointments, as well as, provide assistance with incoming telephone calls and walk-ins. Requires the ability to work effectively with common office software, including spreadsheets and word processing. Must have the ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task workload in a fast paced environment and maintain a professional manner.
