As our outpatient director, you will provide leadership and oversight for the clinical services of the outpatient programs, which includes attainment of optimal clinical, operational, financial, and staff satisfaction outcomes. You will develop and implement strategies for current operations while interpreting and ensuring compliance with regulations and promotion of standardization and best practices where appropriate.
You will work Monday - Friday and some on-call shifts may be required. This position will sit at both Banner Behavioral Health Outpatient in Scottsdale and Chandler.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the designated service line including the clinical care, diagnostic evaluation and non-clinical functions. This position provides leadership, direction and support for clinical services in the pursuit to achieve quality outcomes, reduce costs, and shape and interpret the standards required to ensure a high degree of patient, physician and employee satisfaction.
Requires a level of business and clinical knowledge as normally obtained through the completion of a Master's Degree in business administration, health services administration or related field.
Depending on assigned area of responsibility, clinical licensure may be required.
Requires a level of knowledge and ability normally achieved by a minimum of 5 years management experience in program development or service line management. Must have the ability to foster and inspire a collaborative work environment; guide and motivate physicians, peers, management, and subordinates; and build strong relationships of trust. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to be assertive and approachable. Must be hard-working, self-motivated, and results oriented.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
